One-on-One Cancer Patient Support

CanCare can connect you with a trained cancer survivor volunteer to listen, provide relatable experience, and offer empathy, encouragement, and guidance through your cancer journey.

Caregiver Support

At CanCare we offer help for caregivers of cancer patients by providing emotional support to the cancer patient’s family and friends as well as the cancer patient.

Cancer Support Groups, online cancer support group meeting

Support Groups

CanCare offers three support groups that are held online using the Zoom platform. People can join the cancer support group by using the zoom link to join by computer or tablet or they can join by phone using the dial in number for each group.

Healthcare Referrals

Refer cancer patients or caregivers for support with confidence. Our Programs Team works with healthcare, community and nonprofit professionals across the country to provide ongoing support for cancer patients, survivors, and the people who love them.

Hospital Visitation Services

CanCare partners with hospitals and treatment centers in Houston, TX to provide immediate, in-person one-on-one cancer support services to cancer patients and their caregivers currently undergoing medical treatment.
