CanCare envisions a world where no one faces cancer alone. We provide Hope and healing to the cancer community by ensuring anyone facing cancer can have a survivor by their side.
Over the past 33 years, CanCare has made an incredible impact on the cancer community. We have provided hope to thousands through one-to-one emotional support and visitations to those facing cancer in hospitals and treatment centers.
CanCare supported a record-setting number of cancer patients and caregivers in 2022 and again in 2023. CanCare is achieving remarkable results, including a 24% increase in matches for cancer patients and caregivers, a 62% rise in support group participation, and a 32% increase in trained volunteers.

Over the next 12-24 months, CanCare is implementing a digital transformation plan to drive innovation and enable significant growth in CanCare’s services to the cancer community. We are working to expand relationships in the healthcare community to serve more cancer patients. And we will revolutionize our training program to allow us to expand our cancer survivor and caregiver volunteer base.
